Add Spam Skip filtering to your domain and STOP Spam today
In order to set up Spam Skip to filter your mail, we will need details of all the e-mail accounts you use on your domain. For example a company called "My Domain Ltd" might have e-mail addresses [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. You may also have "aliases", which are alternative names that send their mail to one of your accounts. For example, in the ficitious My Domain Ltd the e-mail addresses freddy@... or fsmith@... may be aliases for [email protected].
There are two ways forward, depending on whether or not we already provide your e-mail services.
If we provide your e-mail services, the easiest approach is to start with a list of the e-mail accounts we already hold for your domain. Fill in your e-mail address below and we will send you a list. Obviously, the e-mail address must be in the same domain (we won't send details of mydomain.co.uk to a Hotmail account) - and we never send any passwords!
The e-mail we send you will have further instructions. Simply return the amended e-mail to us and we will set up Spam Skip, usually on the same day.
If we do not provide your e-mail services, you can still use Spam Skip. See our article Can I still use Spam Skip if you do not host my e-mail?.
Please fill in the boxes below with each e-mail account on a new line. If you need aliases, include them in brackets as the example below shows.
Finally, please tell us who is your current e-mail provider. We are not suggesting that we take over the running of your e-mail (though we'd always be happy to do so and can send you a quotation on request...). Your application is only for filtering. After your mail has been filtered, we will pass it on to your current service provider.
Remember: we can only filter all addresses on your domain; leaving an account off your list will mean it will not receive mail.
