Pricing

The Spam Skip service is very simply (and cheaply) priced, and the cost is far below labour time that would normally be spent filtering junk mail. It costs just £1 per email account per month (with unlimited aliases). The service requires that all email accounts for the domain run through the spam filter (as it is the domain itself that is filtered) and that the minimum charge is for 6 email accounts for a period of one year.

We realise that setting the minimum cost based upon 6 email accounts makes it more expensive for a business with only one email address. So if you only want to filter one account, we will match the cost of purchasing Symantec's Norton Internet Security, currently £46.80 (£54.99 inc VAT). So the price is the same, but you don't have to buy the software, install it and manage it. Nor do you run the risk of allowing unwanted material on to your PC.

If your domain has any alias domain names that could also attract spam, we can enter these into our spam filter for only an extra £1 per month per domain as well.

All prices quoted on this site exclude VAT at 17.5% unless stated otherwise.

Invoicing

Our charges for Spam Skip will be invoiced in advance and will cover the full calendar year. Additional accounts added to the service during the year will incur no additional cost (if the new total of accounts is still 6 or less) or an additional £1 per account (or domain alias) per month. These will be invoiced separately from the original yearly invoice and will cover a year from the date of starting the service for these new accounts. For new customers, we reserve the right to clear your payment before setting up your Spam Skip. As a company providing services to the business community, Ambit New Media can only accept payments by bank transfer or cheque, and not by credit card.

Guarantee

We're confident that Spam Skip will reduce the amount of spam you receive and protect you from malicious viruses. If, in the first month of use, you believe that Spam Skip is making no noticeable difference to the amount of spam you receive, we will cancel your invoice or refund any payment taken.
